Yes. A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. It is fully refundable if the event is canceled due to weather or if you cancel 7 or more days before the scheduled event.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable when canceling fewer than 7 days before the scheduled event. If you cancel 7 or more days before the event, we will issue a full refund.
We accept cash, check, credit card, and Venmo. The deposit is completed electronically when the contract is emailed. The electronic contract offers credit card, PayPal, or mailed-check options.
Yes. The contract must be signed electronically when the client has an email address. If not, we will bring a paper copy, but the deposit is still due at the time of reservation to hold the rental.

We deliver and set up all equipment because of insurance requirements. Customers do not pick up the equipment.
Yes. We clean and disinfect all equipment between uses so every delivery arrives clean and ready for the event.
Delivery is free within Lincoln city limits. Please request a delivery quote for surrounding areas outside Lincoln city limits.
The standard rental window is 8 AM to 8 PM.
